What Accounting services are you seeking? Check all that apply.

Monthly Accounting – recording of accounts receivable and other receipts, accounts payable and other accrued expenses, bank transactions, bank account reconciliation, and any other related accounting matters on an accrual basis.

Financial management – duties to include closing month-end financial statements and reviewing with the Executive Director as necessary, and availability upon request for financial statement N4N will provide internal control recommendations according to best accounting practices as observed.

Board Presentations – presentation of financials to the board of directors of finance committees.

Payroll Data Entry – N4N will assist with downloading payroll reports from a third party payroll provider and inputting payroll data into QuickBooks. N4N does not process payroll or submit data for payroll processing.

Annual Budgeting – N4N will assist with the development of the upcoming fiscal year’s organizational budget in spring of each year.

Audit and Form 990 Preparations – N4N will coordinate with an external auditor/tax preparer and work together with staff to prepare the necessary schedules and reports as requested by the external auditor/tax preparer. N4N will also assist with the preparation of the financial statements and related footnotes as needed. The external auditor/tax preparer will be responsible for completing the filing and preparing the state informational return.
