How the One-Page Goal Tree Builds Enthusiastic Collaboration

Tuesday, March 10

7:30 – 9 a.m.

Madison Senior Center: 330 W Mifflin Street, Madison

Presented by: Derrick Van Mell, CEO of the Center for Management Terms & Practices (theindex.net)

We will discuss the real obstacles to a successful plan are a) getting everyone to stick with the plan and b) getting them to stick together. If you show everyone how they help each other achieve something great, the sky’s the limit! In this interactive workshop, participants will dispel planning myths, share the common language of management, and see how to summarize the critical and inspiring goals on one page. Focus is everything.
